After I return from spending some very much needed time with my grandchildren I will finally be releasing a quad (4 color) paint pallet. This is my very first release & I'm pretty anxious about it but I've been putting this off long enough out of fear...I am no longer afraid and I'm infact feeling confidently empowered by the art community, by the lovely collectors of my original works of art & especially my friends and family!! I've been making handmade watercolor paint for over a year and half now, almost as long as I have been acquainted with watercolor mediums & painting.
So the end of June is a great time to showcase my handmade watercolor paint, it will be a limited release and I'm currently on the fence about doing two quad pallets & add a third pallet of 6-8 reduced price colors. The (potential 2) pallets are all generous half pans of professional artist grade paint, very light-fast & heavily pigmented made to last for pieces for many years to come. I source the pigments only from reputable vendors who provide the highest quality products that disclose all possible data regarding each sourced pigment. This allows me to choose the best color, material, minerals, clays/ochres and so on to create a carefully & intentionally crafted watercolor paint color only to be found through handmade paint markers & you likely are not going to find these custom colors in commercially manufactured tube paint. I think that's what makes artisan watercolor paint so special to have in your craft tool box & will set you apart from others who do not possess handcrafted paint.
I'm still in awe over the rich, vibrant, color packed colors I purchased from paint markers that inspired me to learn color theory & pigment interactions through the process of making paint from scratch. I can honestly say being a watercolor paint maker has helped me to become a better watercolorist in a short period of time. (Blog coming telling my art journey story soon.) As an artist I/we are ALWAYS still learning, all the way up to the masters.
Thank you for your continued support & unwavering patience while I update my art work products and coming very soon, my watercolor paint products. Please consider following me on social media for more real time up to date content & information (see links below);

As an artist I am to support my peers within the art community regardless of where they are at in their journey, as an artist I'd like to hear from you in what ways you wished the art community would support you & your craft as well as what ways do you give back to the art community & support other artists? Let's get this discussion going so we can start being proactive within our community in ways we perhaps would have otherwise never thought of. That's what I love most about us creatives, is the creativity working outside of the box 😜! Sorry I couldn't resist!
